1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@shrihari.in or call us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX, quoting your order number.

  • If the order is successfully canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Orders for custom-configured, special-sale, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled through the website.

  • If you still wish to cancel, you may refuse delivery of the product. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, a refund will be processed after deducting any applicable shipping and handling charges.


3. Auto-Cancellation by Shrihari.in

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

  • Payment not received or failed transaction.

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Invalid address or unreachable contact details.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after confirmation.
