If the order is successfully canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Orders for custom-configured, special-sale, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.
Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled through the website.
If you still wish to cancel, you may refuse delivery of the product. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, a refund will be processed after deducting any applicable shipping and handling charges.
