Refund policy

When is a Refund Applicable?

A refund is applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the returned product is approved after inspection

  • If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described

  • If the ordered product is out of stock or cancelled before dispatch

  • If the return is successfully completed within the return window

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within:

  • 7–10 business days from the date of pickup

  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, the refund is initiated within 2–4 business days

The refund will be issued to the original payment method:

Important Notes

  • If the product fails the quality check, the item will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
