A refund is applicable under the following conditions:
If the returned product is approved after inspection
If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described
If the ordered product is out of stock or cancelled before dispatch
If the return is successfully completed within the return window
Once the returned product passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within:
7–10 business days from the date of pickup
In case of cancellation before dispatch, the refund is initiated within 2–4 business days
The refund will be issued to the original payment method:

If the product fails the quality check, the item will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
