Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices
With the serial number and product tags intact
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or power fluctuations
Items installed or used (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
Customized or specially ordered products
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
In case the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Share photos/videos as proof for faster resolution.

Verification: Our team will review your request and guide you through the return pickup or drop-off.
Pickup/Return: Our logistics partner will pick up the product or request you to return it to our nearest center.
Refund / Replacement:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after quality check
Replacement is subject to stock availability
Payments made via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
