Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices

    • With the serial number and product tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or power fluctuations

  • Items installed or used (unless there is a manufacturing defect)

  • Customized or specially ordered products

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

Damaged / Defective Products

  • In case the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos/videos as proof for faster resolution.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our support team via email at support@shrihari.in or call +91-7668495506 within 7 days.

  2. Verification: Our team will review your request and guide you through the return pickup or drop-off.

  3. Pickup/Return: Our logistics partner will pick up the product or request you to return it to our nearest center.

  4. Refund / Replacement:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after quality check

    • Replacement is subject to stock availability

Refund Method

  • Payments made via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
