Cancellation Policy

At shrihari.in, order cancellations are accepted only before the product is dispatched from our warehouse or seller.

Customers may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation will not be permitted.

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy. Payment gateway or transaction charges, if any, may be deducted.

Orders for products that are specially ordered, customized, or purchased during special offers or clearance sales may not be eligible for cancellation.

For large appliances, cancellation requests after dispatch or installation scheduling will not be accepted.

shrihari.in reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
